To provide the best experience for every client, please review the following booking policy before scheduling your appointment. Booking Deposit A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits may be sent via Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Your deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. A confirmation text or email will be sent once your deposit has been received. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Cancellations All deposits are non-refundable. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged a 30% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service. If your deposit exceeds the 30% cancellation fee, no additional payment will be due. If the cancellation fee exceeds your deposit, the remaining balance must be paid before booking any future appointments. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to complete the service safely and properly. Late arrivals requiring rescheduling will be treated as a late cancellation and are subject to the 30% cancellation fee. No-Shows Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will result in a 30% no-show fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service. Your deposit will be applied toward this fee. If the fee exceeds the amount of your deposit, the remaining balance must be paid before booking any future appointments. Future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking. Additional Information Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup unless otherwise instructed. For the comfort of all guests, no extra guests or children are permitted unless previously approved. If you are feeling ill, please contact A&A Lashbar as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling.
